2. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation and refund policies are provided at the time of booking.
- All refunds, if applicable, are subject to those terms and timing requirements.
- Trips run rain or shine. In cases of severe weather, unsafe river conditions, safety concerns, or operational needs, trips may be delayed, modified, or canceled.
3. Assumption of Risk
Outdoor recreational activities, including rafting, canoeing, kayaking, tubing, camping, and related activities, involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
4. Safety Requirements
- Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by Indian Head Canoes staff.
- Life jackets must be worn as required.
- Participants must meet applicable age, weight, and safety requirements.
- All age and weight requirements are strictly enforced on-site for safety.
- Indian Head Canoes reserves the right to deny participation when safety requirements are not met.
5. Equipment Responsibility
Your group is financially responsible for returning all equipment to Indian Head Canoes property and/or staff. Do not abandon boats, paddles, life jackets, or other rental equipment. Lost, abandoned, or damaged equipment may result in additional charges.
6. Guest Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants without refund for unsafe, disruptive, abusive, intoxicated, or non-compliant behavior.
7. Alcohol Policy
- Alcohol is permitted only in moderation where allowed.
- No glass containers are allowed.
- Unsafe, excessive, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
8. Arrival and Parking
Arrival locations, parking areas, and trip logistics may vary based on operations, river conditions, availability, or reservation details. Guests should follow the instructions provided in their reservation confirmation.
