About this raft trip:
Join us for a raft trip that departs from our Barryville location, which is conveniently located for campers staying at our campground. If you plan to swim, picnic, or simply relax in the sun, be sure to allow extra time on the water. You’ll paddle under the Barryville Shohola Bridge, a historic structure that was reconstructed in 2006. After passing under the bridge, the river veers away from the highway, leading you through an area filled with scenic beauty and diverse wildlife. Keep an eye out for bald eagles, deer, ducks, and more!
Trip tips:
As you approach the end of your trip, you will encounter an eel weir. Be aware: the river becomes shallow at the eel weir and beyond. To navigate successfully, stay to the far right, and you will pass through without any issues.

Minimum rental: 3 persons per raft
Advanced reservations are required to ensure availability.
Same-day reservations or walk-ins will be charged a $5 per person fee. We try to accommodate walk-ins after our reserved guests are served.
All rates are daily and include boats, paddles, life jackets, free transportation, safety & paddle instruction along with full use of our facilities. Tax and Damage Insurance are not included.
